“Service” means the Essentialist website, APIs, and chatbot Vi.

2. Accounts & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to register.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Permitted Use. Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features require subscription. Pricing and payment terms are available on our pricing page.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe, Inc. and subject to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change fees with 30 days’ notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content. All content, features, and functionality are owned by Flower Dot Codes, Ltd. and protected by IP laws.

Your Content. You retain ownership of data you input. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

No Medical Advice. Vi provides recommendations based on your inputs but is not a healthcare professional. Always consult qualified experts before making health decisions.

“As-Is” Warranty. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flower Dot Codes, Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flower Dot Codes, Ltd. against any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or for inactivity. Upon termination, you must cease use of the Service.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the Service. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
